Unusual effects backlog noise
Unusual buy listings currently on Scalper, grouped by effect. "Backlog" columns show how many of that effect's items currently have a pending create/update request on backpack.tf — a rough proxy for how much repricing churn that effect generates. When migrating to Sniper's larger cap, keeping the highest-noise effects on Scalper and moving the rest is one reasonable split. Delete backlog isn't resolvable to item names (different id scheme) and is normally near-zero, so it's always shown as 0.
